CHRIS STRONG

Principal

Chris has more than 40 years of professional experience providing consulting services to nonprofits and associations. Chris helps individuals and organizations understand the complex issues they face, providing strategic counsel to define and develop capacity, and create long-term sustainable solutions.

Chris's expertise is in organizational assessments, strategic and operational planning, coaching, board governance, management and operations, human resources, and fundraising. 

Before establishing SRG, Chris was a vice president of a major medical center in Southern California and an executive with an international association. In 1992, after completing her MBA, Chris was compelled to broaden her work consulting to a greater array of industries. Her vision: to create a consulting practice founded on contemporary, forward-thinking, and practical approaches to helping leaders identify their values and strategic goals, synthesize information to attain those goals, and implement measurable action plans.

Chris is Chair of the Great Bay Community College Board of Advisors and past President of the Association for Fundraising Professionals, Northern New England, and Orange County, CA. 

Chris has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from the University of Colorado.

LISA BEATS

Project Manager/Administrative Assistant

Lisa has over 15 years of experience in office administration in healthcare and education, working for non-profits and consulting firms. Lisa works with SRG assisting with project management, scheduling, and research. She has enjoyed assisting clients of various sizes—from Fortune 500 corporations to sole proprietors. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing & Communications and a minor in Computer & Information Technology from the Whittemore School at UNH. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, and traveling to new places.

CRISTINE MORE, CFRE

Senior Consultant

Cristine has built comprehensive capital campaigns, annual and major gift programs, and planned giving raising significant funds for nonprofit organizations in healthcare, higher education and graduate schools, human services, religious organizations, and national nonprofit associations. She also conducted national executive retained searches.

 

Cristine has a degree in business administration from Regis College and holds the CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) designation.

CASEY LANE

Bookkeeper

Casey has worked in accounting and bookkeeping for ten years. She handles all of SRG's accounting and billing processes, and has Bachelor of Science from Keene State College. Casey has lived in Montana, but grew up in Portsmouth and has returned to stay. She's the mother of a little girl, and loves golf.

ALYSA RENZELMAN

Design and Communications

Alysa oversees our client's design, marketing, and communications needs. Alysa brings over 15 years of experience in project management, sales, and design. She ensures maintaining sensitivity to the big picture throughout multiple projects for a client, always keeping an organization's brand and goals central while designing and writing. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications (concentration in Graphic Design) from Savannah College of Art and Design. In her spare time, Alysa likes to take her daughter to farms and the beach, spend time with family, and work in her garden.

KERRI SINGH

Development Associate

Kerri works closely with each client to evaluate the performance of their development activities, ensure the client has appropriate systems and procedures, and provide direction to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns. Kerri has 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She has previous experience in healthcare management and consulting in NYC and has worked in nonprofit development programs and capital campaigns in NH. 

 

Kerri has a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University and a Master in Public Health from Boston University. In her spare time, Kerri enjoys being with her family, traveling, watching the Red Sox, and spending time at the beach.

CECILIA REBECCA ZIKO

Design, Communications and Marketing

Cecilia takes care of SRG clients' design, communications, and marketing needs. Highly skilled in editorial design, typography, environmental graphics, and branding, she loves working with nonprofits, learning about their mission, and knowing that her work will have a direct and meaningful impact. With more than 15 years of nonprofit art direction and design management experience, Cecilia strongly believes in the power of visual communication to grow audiences, engage members, and inspire philanthropy.

Cecilia has a BFA in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, and an MA in Design History and Material Culture from the University of Brighton, UK. Based in Portland, Maine, she is also a mother, community gardener, and off-hours printmaker.
